New Students
You're very special to us and therefore you only need to call us to get back in
class with a current registration on file. You can register online using our customer portal found on our home part of our
website. If you are unable to register online, please click here to print a registration form for classes. Complete form and
bring it to Pure Energy Gymnastics to be processed. You may fax it to us at (978) 433-3739.
Payment Specifics
Gymnastics and Dance are year round activities
with only two sessions - A School Year session and a Summer Session. At every Fall Registration, we require a new registration
form to be filled out. Once you register, you don't have to re-register until the summer. Instead of paying tuition in sessions,
we are now using a convenient monthly payment system. We apply your charges to your debit or credit card the first of every
month. If you choose to un-enroll, please let us know at least 7 days prior to stopping classes to avoid your card getting
charged. There is a $10.00 refund processing fee for all refunds.
Second Class and Family Discount!!!!
At Pure Energy Gymnastics, only the most
expensive tuition in your immediate family pays full price. Same child in additional class in the same session is 50% off
additional class and you will receive 10% off each additional child enrolled in the same session. We LOVE families and want
all the kids to be able to attend their favorite classes at Pure Energy.
100% Tuition-Back Guarantee!!!
If you are not entirely happy with our programs
we will happily refund 100% of your unused tuition or apply it as a credit toward another program. A one-month notice is necessary
for refunds if you choose not to return to class. A $10.00 refund processing fee will be charged if tuition has been paid.
Q & A
Q:
How do we pay tuition? (New Payment Policy)
A: Gymnastics and Dance
are year round activities with only two sessions - A School Year session and a Summer Session. At every Fall Registration,
we require a new registration form to be filled out. Once you register, you don't have to re-register until the summer. Instead
of paying tuition in sessions, we are now using a convenient monthly payment system. We apply your charges to your debit or
credit card the first of every month. If you choose to un-enroll, please let us know a minimum of 7 days prior to stopping
classes to avoid your card getting charged. There is a $10.00 refund processing fee for all refunds.
Monthly Auto-Pay Program - For your convenience we bill your Visa/Mastercard or Debit monthly thereby
ensuring your child's class status until you notify us otherwise. Just think, no more figuring out WHEN tuition
is due! For your protection, your credit card number once entered is not visible to anyone.
Annual
Registration Fee- Every family pays this $35.00 fee upon initial registration and evry September thereafter.
Family Discount- We offer a generous discount for multiple classes for one child and multiple students from one
family. Our discounts are 50% for additional classes and 10% for additional students.
Q: Do you offer make-ups?A: Tuition pays for your
child's spot in the class. However, as a courtesy, Pure Energy offers one make-up per month, to be made up within four weeks
of the missed class. The make-up classmust be of the same age and ability level when and where it does not interrupt the safety
or the quality of class for those children registered in the class. We do not refund or give credit for missing a class. You
must call the gym prior to the missed class to qualify for the make-up. The student must be currently enrolled in a class
at the time of the scheduled appointment. Once made, it cannot be rescheduled. If your child's class falls on a holiday when
the gym is closed, such as Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Memorial Day or 4th of July, it is your responsibility to schedule your
make-up. To schedule a make-up, call our office at (978) 433-3738 or stop by the customer service desk. Q:
What should my child wear to class?A: Please make sure your child is properly
dressed for class. In gymnastics classes, we recommend that girls wear a leotard (without an attached skirt). Shorts are allowed,
but no tights. We recommend boys wear a t-shirt tucked into stretch pants or elastic waist shorts. Students should not wear
clothes with any buckles, belts or zippers. We focus on safety and cleanliness at Pure Energy. For numerous safety reasons
we cannot allow high ear piercing, exposed belly button rings, eyebrow rings, or any jewelry. Hair should be pulled away from
the face into a ponytail with an elastic band. We do not allow hair clips, barrettes, or other hair accessories nor hair glitter,
gel or excessively oily hair products. Again, this is for your child's safety. These products tend to get on the mats when
tumbling and could cause someone to slip and fall. Hair products also hinder the maintainence of our mats and keeping them
clean. Q: Why does Pure Energy refund our tuition after our
first 30 days if we're not pleased?A: The real value in our programs can only be measured over the
long run. However, children learn on their own schedule and we know that if a child is not ready for a particular program
now, given time, he/she is likely to want to try again at some future date. We also know that you will be less hesitant to
give it another try if you feel you have not wasted your money the first time. There is a $10.00 refund processing fee for
all refunds after 30 days. Q: Can I stay and watch my child
in class?A: Of course you can. We love our parents to stay! You're welcome to observe your child
in our waiting room. We request that parents do not yell to the children during class. This is for safety and to avoid embarrassing
both the parent and the child. If you have any concerns about your child's class, please talk to your child's teacher or a
staff person after class.
